A written note summarising that view is sent to you shortly after, so you may consider the matter at home without any sense of urgency.

The firm gives a candid estimate at the outset and keeps the client informed as the matter develops. No timeline is presented as certain where it is not.

These fees cover the scope described. Should additional work become necessary, this is discussed with the client before any commitment is made.
